You get 13,750 shards total for literally just logging in. You can easily earn another 4,250 shards during this event to unlock a second cosmetic... Iβm not a fan of this event style but itβs really not that bad.

That's not correct btw, you're counting the last day of the first 2 bonuses twice, and the first day of the last 2 bonuses twice.

If people accept this minimal effort to appease players after putting out this cash grab in a Halloween costume, it will only serve to let them do it again

Btw, it's not really your fault, your calculations are fine.
The picture itself says Oct 30 twice & Nov 1 twice, so it's easy to mess it up.
I think that this is what they mean...
- From the start of Oct 24th to the end of Oct 29th.
- From the start of Oct 30th to the end of Oct 31st.
- From the start of Nov 1st to the end of Nov 4th.

The in-game announcement states that we'll get about 10k shards for logging in daily. I'm glad that the developers are doing something to try and make the event more enjoyable. :)

Yeah. Overall, I think it is an outstanding bonus for simply logging into the game. However, it won't really help with buying the Halloween cosmetics (although it would be good for buying a new character).

You get a skin for free and you can choose from 5 different skins. So you definetly get to pick at least one character that you actually play. That is pretty good and even better as 2 skins for free for characters you might not even play.

But right now, all i can think of is that they're discounting IS prices and are giving them away just for logging in.

I just would add this to the event including the discount and shards. π

So it would make more people have a reason to grind.

One skin if we talk about those you can buy with shards. With serum you could buy those that go with AC, moreover, you could buy two of them!
It's good, don't get me wrong, but they could give more shards than that.

Curiously The blight name is the same as its called on Spanish to the parasyte in game
