A Question for the ps4 dbd community
Why are you all so angry? I see thousands of videos and screenshots of ps4 saltiness and rage for dbd almost more than pc, so why it be that way?

Game quality on ps4 has never been very good , only very recently have we gotten above 30 frames per second only to have it stripped away in 1 update

Because the game is currently unplayable. We had multiple posts in this forum about console performance issues, some were closed or sunk. We were told "graphic update will fix the optimization issues." Now, after graphic updates the game is a slide show. We are continually brushed off when we are raising our concerns about console performance because we want to play the game but we can't because they don't give console proper attention before live releases.

Because the only fix I've found for the slideshow-like framerate on PS4 right now is to stand still in one spot. And mine isn't as bad as some I've seen posted, but it's still bad enough that at times it's unplayable and I just go afk at a door.
The way it plays on PS4 is nothing like the way it plays on PC. Unless you've experienced it firsthand, you wouldn't understand. Players who have played it on both PC and PS4... their reactions are the best: they usually say that PS4 performance is even worse than they realized.

Have you ever played this game on PS4? A standard PS4?
IT. SUCKS.
Crappy framerate in general, becoming a slideshow anytime anything important happens. I can not count the number of times I have hit a survivor, and then completely lost them because the game freezes for a second when you connect with a swing. You literally can not see anything. And this also happens when blood lust activates, when a survivor jukes, when a gen is completed, when a survivor is sacrificed, when using certain killers' powers... the list goes on and on.
This is why cross progression for Playstation is a must. I would jump ship to my gaming PC in a second, but don't want to lose 3 years of progress.
