"Screw your gens!" Build

So, I've been thinking about a build that focuses on kicking generators. I don't have all these perks yet, so I wanna know how practical it sounds, and what improvements I could make to it. The build would be on Legion because his addon to see gen progress. The perks would be as follows: Pop Goes the Weasel, Overcharge, Trail of Torment, and Surveillance.

    I would change Overcharge to Discordance, since pairing both Overcharge and Surveillance seems unnecessary.

    I just play impossible skill check doctor with Distressing, Hex: lullaby, overcharge and overwhelming presence.
