If all of the killers had "Meme Add-ons", what would they do?
For simplicity's sake, "Meme Add-on" = Common Add-ons that intentionally reduce a killer's power in some way but give bonus BP (ie, Speed Limiter). They can also provide new/unique benefits so long as they also take something decently important away.
What silly add-on would you give to the 11 killers that don't currently have these (indicated below in bold)? Feel free to make up a new one or modify one of their existing ones.
Alternatively, how would you modify any of the existing meme add-ons to make them more fun to use while retaining their inherent silliness? I think Speed Limiter and Scratched Mirror are the standards we're aiming for, but they aren't off the table either if you think they could be even goofier.
Here's the Meme Breakdown so far (I'm not going to list the BP bonuses, just assume they're included):
Trapper: Padded Jaws - Traps don't damage survivors.
Wraith: "The Beast" - Soot - Terror radius isn't suppressed while cloaked.
Hillbilly: Speed Limiter - Chainsaw doesn't insta-down.
Nurse: White Nit Comb - Decreases post-Blink lunge range / Dull Bracelet - Decreases max blink range (and is a yellow add-on)
Shape (Myers): Both Mirrors (Sort of. These are purple add-ons.) - Get locked into EWI / EWII but gain aura reading through stalking.
Hag: Scarred Hand (Also purple) - Traps have collision, but Hag can't teleport to them.
Doctor: None (Maybe Scrapped Tape? Doesn't include a BP bonus like the others though).
Huntress: None
Cannibal (Leatherface): Speed Limiter - Same as Billy's, but better on LF.
Nightmare (Freddy): Kid's Drawing - Dream Snares hinder survivors less.
Pig (Amanda): None
Clown: None
Spirit: None
Legion: None
Plague: None
Ghost Face: None
Demogorgon: None
Oni: None
Deathslinger: Rickety Chain - Survivors break free from the spear-chain more easily.
Executioner (Pyramid Head): None
Blight: Placebo Tablet - Reduces Rush movement speed.

I’ll start. Here’s a new one and a buff to an old one:
Doctor: Cracked Cassette Tape -
- Shock Therapy’s Area of Effect becomes a cone extending behind the Doctor.
- This cone has a default range of 15m and is 50% wider than the standard Shock Therapy AoE.
- Grants 100% bonus BP on successful Shocks and Madness tier-ups.
Trapper: Padded Jaws -
- Traps cannot injure survivors (overrides Honing Stone and Bloody Coil).
- Traps that survivors free themselves from will reset after 3 seconds.
- Survivors take slightly longer to assist other survivors in escaping bear traps.
- Grants 100% bonus BP on trap-related score events.

I personally wouldn't count the Self nerf add-ons as joke/meme add-ons as they really aren't fun nor funny to use.
A proper meme add-on would be Freddy's pill bottle were its an add on that strictly is there for visual gags when you pick up a survivor.
A proper meme add-on for trapper would make the traps once they hatch a survivor play elevator music or music similar jeopardy timer to just to annoy the survivor and give the killer have a laugh.
It has no downside other then being useless and taking up an add-on slot but its just meant to be funny.

Ghostface : you can no longer be taken out of stealth, stalking takes double even triple the time, and you now move at 105% instead of 115% downing a survivor triggers a 30sec CD unless you down someone in the next 30 sec. CD not reduced by other addons
(so you could use it with an increase stalk speed or movement speed while stalking addon?)

Pyramid head : you lose the trail from the rite of judgment, but holding the sword in the ground now increase the width, lengths and speed of punishment of the damn. (width by 15% at max charge, lengths by 25% at max charge, speed would be to keep the same travel time from start to finish as the base kit ability)

Nurse actually has 2. Her second one is Dull Bracelet: reduces the maximum blink distance

Plague : You can now drink from clean fountain to activate "clean purge" your "healthy" puke doesn't infect but make thing slippery, increasing skill check difficulty and frequency, making vault over pallet or window fail, giving survivor a random skill check not to fall to the ground (injured state if they do?)
You cannot puke without "clean purge" being active. And corrupt purge is obviously not a thing anymore

a huntress add-on that makes it so that if she opens a locker and a survivors inside of it, she ignores the survivor and goes for the hatchets instead

For freddy the meme addon is the fake pallet because even the addon that give extra BP is better then that addon

Clown can get intoxinated by his own gas

Ghost Face- Stalking now inflicts survivors with blindness, oblivious, and exhausted. Doesn't expose them.
Pyramid Head- POTD now applies torment, no longer deals damage.

Trapper: Stepping into your own trap is now a scoring event. This score is doubled if a survivor points and laughs at you.

Clown's could be something like bottles only trigger slow effect, no scream, no blur vision and no interrupt action or it could be the other way around, trigger everything except the slow.

Clown throws Molotov Cocktails because someone switched his bottles while he was sleeping.
- Throwing a Molotov Cocktail will cause the Clown to pulverise and be deleted out of existence.
- Grants 100 % more Bloodpoints in the Brutality Category and gives you a 72 hours DC penalty.

Demogorgon: Everyone in the trial receives double blood points. All players are overwhelmed with happiness as they are either playing as or against Demogorgon. Rejoice
Friendly reminder that seasons 2 and 3 of Stranger Things are still garbage though.

That's true, but I would count it as a meme addon aswell, because it just gives you bloodpoints, and there isn't much instances where you find a Survivors using this addon.

Huntress' meme add-on is Pungent Fiale. It just needs to give extra Deviousness for blinding me with 5000 Hatchet auras.

On a related note, I think all the "meme add-ons" you're talking about should not be limited by the 32k point cap (similar to how the current Blight event offerings allow your score to exceed 32k). That would make these add-ons a little more attractive to use among players who try to play for the highest score.

Huntress: Decreases hatchet charge speed (50% not windup), 100% bp gain for fully charged hatchets
Pig (Amanda): Prototype traps, reverse beartraps put survivors into the dying state when they activate no trap limit
Clown: Moderately decreases the gas cloud area (50%) hitting a survivor with a bottle gives 100% extra deviousness bp
