DBD Xbox stats - Medical Expert

My friends and I have been looking at the stats on Xbox and how long we’ve played and how many escapes we’ve had etc, however the one stat that we all have no idea on what it means is ‘Medical Expert’ my medical expert stat is 389 does anyone know what this means?

Maybe the number of times you've healed a survivor to full?

The amount of full health states you’ve healed on yourself or others.

How many health states you have healed total, I think. I don't have as many as my friends, but that is because I play killer more.
