DBD Xbox stats - Medical Expert

My friends and I have been looking at the stats on Xbox and how long we’ve played and how many escapes we’ve had etc, however the one stat that we all have no idea on what it means is ‘Medical Expert’ my medical expert stat is 389 does anyone know what this means?
