DC penalty | Game crashing

I get the need for a DC penalty in-game. The least that the developers could do is make it so that the coding discerns if you intentionally DC or if you loaded into a game and it crashed. I have had several games this week where I load into a match and then im in chase with the killer maybe 3 minutes at least into the game and then out of nowhere the game just ends and it says "player disconnected while loading into game." Also directly effecting me this is the 5th time this week that I have gotten into the game at the intro and then you hear a sound like a disc skipping and the game just crashes. Then when you get back to the survivor lobby it says you have a DC penalty.

Maybe if you're going to include penalties at least make them reset everyday so that your first DC or crash is always 5 minutes because now I have a DC penalty of an hour all because the game crashed and its just been stacking as the game has been crashing all week.
