    Just because one thing is strong doesn't mean that the other things shouldn't be changed. Imagine if this poll instead said "Is it ok that Slippery Meat got a buff when Monstrous Shrine is still useless." Not all balance changes can be made at once.

    Now that that's out of the way, flashlights are pretty much only useful during animation locks like Pickups, Grabs, Stuns, Vaults, Breaks, etc. Removing that would make Flashlights useless aside from countering Hag and Wraith.
