Fix your borrowed time.
I still had the symbol on the right for borrowed time AFTER I was downed. And please don't come at me with any kind of latency bull. If we already have only a limited number of things to do against tunnelers, at least let it work.

How long did the endurance effect have left? Could you tell?

It was probably the Latency Bull.
He's had enough of wrecking the China Shop and has turned to targeting DbD players now.

I was just going based off the symbol being active on the right side, because it was a situation with a camping/tunneling Hag with a mori. I tried to use my borrowed time to save the hooked person, but it didn't work :D My friends have also experienced this same situation where they should have had it, but didn't.

Borrowed time only works for the person you unhooked, not for you.

I'm confused, you say you used BT to save the hooked person - but that the icon for BT was showing on your screen?
I've not seen any issue with BT from the times I've been saved with it, so a video would really be helpful here, and a bug report.

The person that got downed had borrowed time and was hooked immediately. I tried to use the borrowed time to take them back off, as it was showing, but I got downed anyway.

You shouldn't also get the Endurance effect if you are the one that saved. If you were affected by Endurance from BT, getting grabbed can override this effect, so maybe that happened to the person that you saved with BT. For the icon showing up on your screen as well, I have no idea.
It's also possible that the effect just ended. If a status effect ends, its icon persists for 1 second before disappearing, which during that time, the effect is no longer there. If you run an exhaustion perk and you recover from it, you'll notice it. It's hard to identify the issue without a video though.

Bruh he's been in that shop for years can you blame him?

Doesn't the icon linger for a fraction of a second when the timer is up? Maybe it was a graphical glitch

When you have the endurance effect, there is a draining timer surrounding the icon (same as the Exhaustion debuff). And, same as the Exhaustion debuff, when that timer is gone so is the effect. Sometimes it can hang around in screen for an instance or two later, but the effect is still gone.

YESS. All these things.
