Item hoarding anyone?
Like most others I have lot's of items and addons stocked up, and still the feeling of finding a red key or a purple medkit + possibly one or two addons in a chest and escape with them is always a great feeling. Like you cheated the system π Sometimes I run the classic hoarding build with Plunderer's, Ace in The Hole, Pharmacy, DS..the last one only for suvival so I have a better chance to escape.
What about you guys? Any item collectors here?
And of course event items is the best and the older the event items get's the more special they will be. Something to use now and then or just equipp for a few seconds or so in the lobby just to show off a bit π

I have a huge amount of items,addons and offerings saved on my Claudette.Got all the old offerings too.
Which is kinda a problem because now i can't prestige her.
She's the only survivor that i don't have on Prestige 3 :(

Ok well thats bad if you want all characters prestiged. But if you have enough on other characters you should be able to prestige her sooner or later after using up the best items and offerings? But the old offerings will be gone of course, might not be worth it if you don't have them on other characters too.

Reporting for duty! The only thing I use are blood point offerings and add-ons on a few killers who really need them (looking at you Wraith).

Item hoarding is why I'll never prestige my Meg or Kate. π
I rarely, if ever, bring an item in. I prefer finding one and escaping with it to add to my collection.

I'll hoard items on any character with a P3. (So far just Ash, Felix, Steve, Jake, Pig, and Myers.)
But! I have the even number rule for items and offerings. They have to always be at even numbers, that way I actually sometimes use what I have- because otherwise I'll sit on them forever.

Yes firecrackers is a must have. Let's hope Halloween event will give us different looking medkits, flashlights etc just like the 4 year event. That event had the most beautiful items yet, perfect for collectors.

Item junky here, like others I can no longer prestiege my item build ace. Word of advice, if you see me as ace, don't touch my chests... or ask if you can and I'll switch to someone else

I hoard items, offerings, and add-ons. I rarely use them; I just collect them, amassing a digital graveyard of spent Bloodpoints and looted chests.

I anti-hoard with Quentin; I refuse to level him (even once) until I've used almost every useable item, add-on, and offering on him.
I make an exception for Emergency Medkits, Halloween items, and event cakes, but everything else must go!

On Nea though, I absolutely do hoard every item and offering. She's also the only Survivor I have that I managed to get more than one 3rd Year Event Cake on, because of how stupid the spawn rates were for Survivors and how little I play Survivor.

I put in the suggestions category about a month ago that it would be nice to be able to lock certain items like event items that are rare because some ppl do like to collect them. I wouldnβt ever want to use them but I wonβt prestige them because I really donβt want to loose them. Glad to see more ppl like me.

I main Dwight. I leveled him up to p3 with all perks. I had a lot of items and offerings and I waste all of it except add-ons for maps, keys and flashlights. It bothers me so much that I can't waste add-ons. So I have to play him and collect items from trials to waste them later with add-ons. It will take a while but at least I have a goal.
I also collect red keys on Dwight. Now I have about 30 red keys.

I did it on kate. I got about 60 purple beamers and 25 4th anniversaire medkits and flashlights.

I rarely if ever use items I leveled my Feng to p3 just because I wanted to go into games to get items and hoard them.

I am guilty of this ! I have loads of items and I just donβt use them haha only the crappy toolkits and medkits I use, donβt kno why I like to collect stuff XD, I donβt have thousands like the ace has above, but Iβve spread out my bp on all my characters so I have a little stockpile on all of them <3 incase I ever choose to use my items lool

Absolutely. I have a Scrooge McDuck-sized vault of gear, add-on(s), and offerings now on my Myers. It wasn't by design so much as a byproduct of my goal. Since I only play Myers as a Killer until I hit Rank-1, he is where all my Killer BP go (and some of BP my Survivors earn too). In short, I must have cleared hundreds of Blood Webs with him. At this point I could play the Fragrant Tuft of Hair (Ultra Rare) every single match and I think I might actually earn enough of them to offset their loss (particularly if I use any of the countless Black Wards I have built up). I'm to the point where aside from maps, I can always run whatever Build I want.

i Begrudge using any offering, item or add-on, unless Iβm prestiging. I tried to get one of every event item, add on and offering for every character in the event, but fell short by two Medkits and a Flashlight. I did end up with both add ins in double digits on Claudette though!

I don't hoard them, but I have trouble using the last of something. So, if I have one purple toolbox, and one green toolbox, and one yellow toolbox, as far as my brain is concerned, I have no toolboxes, and I need to go hunting in chests. It's like I'm trying to save them for an emergency, but I can't imagine what that emergency would be.
Also, the more time goes by, the less I want to play my anniversary cakes -- which is stupid, because it's free points, but, once they're played, they'll be gone.

I'm reluctant to use red or purple items, in case I have a bad game and lost it without getting much use out of it.

I have 1,000s of offerings, items and add ons on most of my characters but especially Feng. Iβm not great at survivor and find that having nothing to lose makes me less stressed out, so I donβt bring anything ever.

I hoard everything on my Feng, have old offerings and I never use any of it. Whenever I go to look through all my treasure(stacks of over 100), I often think to myself;
Look at this stuff,

Flashlights are rare for me to get so I hoard those.

14 Halloween meds, 12 Halloween flash, 32 4th year meds, 39 4th year flash, 1 winter party starter, 13 rainbow map and 27 skeleton keys, 30 Alex's and 29 purple keys and 26 purple toolboxes and 28 purple medkit and like 51 purple flashlights, 17 green keys and 35 commodius and 50 green medkit. 27 green maps, 51 green toolbox and 70 green flashlights and 134 yellow meds and 141 yelliw flash and 125 yellow toolboxes and 177 brown medkits and 166 brown tool boxes. Dont get me started on add ons or offering (90 white wards)

If im ever in need of items and don't want to farm bp, I run plunderers, and ace in the hole. I do save rarer items though.
