New chapter teaser but I over discet it
So what I mean is that I am gonna pull EVERYTHING OUT OF THE VIDEO FOR CLUES
So here is everything I got
- The new killer have a female voice, meaning we are getting a female killer
- Judging by how her feet hit the leaves and ground, she is barefooted
- Her arms are gray and her hands have blood on them, meaning her meaning of attacking is with her hands
- Judging by the amount of blood her prey released when attacking, our killer has claws
- Her voice has a demonic overtone, meaning this killer could be a sort of demon or an undead killer
- She is in the woods, most likely Shelter Woods

The only real take away from that teaser is that the DbD Youtube channel has 666K survivors.
But if I had to guess... its a mutant tumbleweed with claws. Almost certain on it.

Female voice and sharp hands, barefoot, maybe its the witch? Would that be a licenced killer? I still dont know the context of Bill being a free survivor so i cant say for sure but as far as i can tell its either the witch or the wendigo (Maybe rake?) But i heard they were going to stay away from folklore so who knows

You classify that ravenous sound as female? It sounds exactly like one of the crazed prisoners in Batman: Arkham Asylum so I don't think you can classify gender here.
As for whether or not the chapter is licensed there is no information saying it is/isn't like most killer releases.
Also don't all of the killers have demonic overtones in their voices? I'd describe it as animalistic not demonic.
