Picking which platforms to play with will massively improve my experience on this game

So with next gen round the corner along side this interesting idea the devs put out i honestly hope it comes to pass. currently iv been playing with crossplay off, now this was mainly due to the bad frames however i have noticed reoccurring instances with certain platforms and yes im talking about PC.

Now dont go getting all keyboard warrior on me i know not all PC players are the same but from my own personal experience i have had lot of toxic players, questionable connection (latency), the advantages they get through filters etc. and hackers. while things like hackers are rare sadly the others havent been so if/when i get the option to choose which platforms my experience will be improved.

Next gen should provide much better frames, and being able to straight up avoid alot of bad experiences iv had i certainly will. now i have enjoyed player with alot of pc people its true but sadly thats so few compared to the others and im tired of waiting 30mins for a lobby or to have a horrible experience, so for me im hoping this happens.

    Please hold off the "if you want to edit your settings etc. get a pc" or "just keep crossplay off" to yourselves. im sharing my thoughts and honestly those are stupid arguments, no player should be forced to wait so much longer or play a horrid experience. im more after a discussion if this will be a thing?, do you want it to be a thing? if so why?

    Pretty much every console player would disable playing with Steam players, which defeats the entire purpose of crossplay existing in the first place.

    Well not everyone, but from my experience i wouldnt blame them and id rather people have a choice but there is still windows and steam so pc would still have a bigger range than they did from the start not to mention console players that do keep it all on. but for those who dont want it on are suffering alot atm due to lobby times etc.
