There's already a lot of chapters in the game imo. I would prefer if one dlc in each year could be sacrifaced for the gameplay balance like for example:
We don't have a proper graphics settings, gameplay perfomance on reworked maps sucks, moris and keys changes, killers like pig, clown, legion etc that desperately needs an update, most of the perks in game needs a tweaks or complete rework, an annoying bugs like being stuck on the hill in reworked macmillan maps, bugs that were reported a while ago and since today they wasn't fixed and many many more changes that were promised so many times by the devs.

An spanish fog wishperer said that this update was going to be "the biggest original chapter in the game". I hope it lives up to expectatives.

Very true and I totally agree with this, just sucks the devs have different priorities in mind. Let's just enjoy the game for the time being.

Me too, but an "operation health" does not seem realistic from a business perspective. My bet on the health of the game would be to discontinue DBD at chapter XX, create a sequel with the current killers and with new base code and market it as a new game.

Maybe "the biggest original chapter in the game" means a lot of rework in general: reworking cards, skills, killer powers and keys and mori? The developers have focused several times on the important rework of the mori and keys.

BHVR already gains a milions of dollars from the skins and already released DLC's, besides:
If the game could have a lot of Quality Of Life changes and it would be much more smoother and less annoying to play without being afraid of stepping into annoying bug, then the game would be even much more popular, because heatlhy games are way more atractive for the people.

Not trying to defend BHVR, they have done a god awful rushed job on many chapters, but you people dont seem to undestand that mantaining a business, especially in such a demanding industry as the gaming one, is not as simple as "gaining millions of dollars in cosmetics". You gotta pay mantainance your servers, pay your (most often than not) hard working employees, pay taxes (not sure how that applies in Canada to be honest). They already have an established business model and it will be very hard finding a way without losing a lot of their revenue.

As far as I remember, devs already stated multiple times that two different teams are working on balancing the game and creating new content. So it's not like "ok, we're gonna focus on the new chapter and ignore the gameplay", it's more of a "ok, these guys are gonna focus on the new chapter and these guys are gonna focus on the gameplay". Chapters and gameplay-things are being looked at and worked on simultaneously.
That's why they said that there will never be a "health chapter", they are working on it constantly already.

A lot of people are thinking it’s either the Witch from Left 4 Dead or the Wendigo from Until Dawn. New killer sounds and looks like it could be the Witch.

Just a reminder to be very careful about getting excited about a new chapter. We don't know what bugs are gonna be released with it yet so it's probably best to go in with almost no expectations. It's fine that you're excited for it but you should also try and keep yourself from being too disappointed if it doesn't turn out that well.

It’s the first teaser to genuinely make my blood curdle. That screech is very unnerving and creeps me out.

If it's original I saved up my shards from the daily login bonus's. I didn't really want any of the cosmetics.
