New season idea: the nameless (Voldemort)

This is my fleshed out version of an idea that CaulDrohn had. I feel like this one could be an unlicensed version of the Harry Potter series. J.K. Rowling doesn't have copyright over old scary wizards, after all.

Killer: The Nameless (lord voldemort). Has a pale, snakelike face, a wand in his left hand, and his right arm is replaced with a large viper.

Basic attack: Inigan, The Viper (Nagini) The nameless' right arm has been replaced with a giant viper named Inigan that strikes at survivors

Mori: casts "partum mori" upon the survivor (avada kedavra)

Height: average

Base terror radius: 32 meters

Base movement speed: 4.6 meters/second

special attack: Dark Magic. Pressing L2 or L1 channels magic into the casters wand and charges up a corresponding spell. After the wand is fully charged, press R1 while still holding the power button to cast the spell. Pallet/head on stuns cancel the spell, but flashlight blinds do not. Cancelling the spell manually gives the killer a 1.5 second Cool down.

L1 spell: disarmus (expelliarmus) - forces the hit survivor to drop their currently equipped item. Takes 2 seconds to charge. Charging and holding this spell slows the killer to 100% survivor movement speed. A successful hit puts this prevents this spell from being cast for 60 seconds and puts the killer in a 3 second Cool down.

L2 spell: Arrestium (arresto momentum) - gives the survivor the hindered and exhausted status effects for 20 seconds. Slows the killer to 90% movement speed while charging and takes 3 seconds to charge. Has 3 charges, which replinishes at a rate of 1 every 15 seconds. Charges do not replenished for 20 seconds after a successful Arrestium

Additional ability: wizard wardrobe (port key) - pressing and holding R1 on an unoccupied locker for 4 seconds turns it into a wizard wardrobe. This can only be done once every 45 seconds. Press and hold R1 on an enchanted locker to teleport between 2 wizard wardrobes, which takes time based on distance, similar to traversing the upside down. Only 2 lockers can be affected at a time, and enchanting a new locker will replace the older enchanted locker. Killer can see auras of enchanted lockers, but survivors are unable to tell the difference. Survivors can traverse between wizards wardrobes, but scream upon exiting.


Killer Perks:

Hex: Crux of Death (horcruxes) - each time you hook a survivor for the first time in a match, this perk gets a token and a dull totem becomes active. While this perk has at least 3 tokens and there is a survivor on a hook or in the dying state while the killer is at least 24 meters away from any hooked or dying survivors, this hex is in effect. When a survivor gains exhausted, blindness, or when they recover from mangled, they gain the exposed status effect for 20/30/40 seconds.

Curse of terror (catterwalling charm): after kicking a generator that is above 50% repair, the next normal skillcheck will be followed by 2 additional rapid fire skillchecks. If any of the 3 skillcheck are failed, all survivors repairing that generator will scream every 15 seconds after the generator explosion 2/3/4 times

Uncanny search (homenum revelio): when you search a locker, any survivor hiding in a locker within 8/12/16 meters is revealed by killer instinct for 5 seconds. Can only be used every 60/50/40 seconds (applies even if nobody was revealed)

Survivors:

Heroine grander (Hermione granger):

Muffled repairs (muffliato): when getting a great skillcheck when repairing a generator, the nearest 3 generators (including the one you're working on) make a high pitched thrumming sound for the killer, replacing their typical noise. The killer can not discern the direction of the sound. This lasts for 5/10/15 seconds.

Induce amnesia (obliviate): you are likely to become the obsession. when you are hit with a basic attack while healthy, the killer can't see the auras of generators, hooks or survivors for 15/20/25 seconds. This can only happen every 90 seconds. If the killer hits another survivor, the killer can see you via killer instinct for 12/9/6 seconds.

Protecto (protego): after repairing a generator, if you receive a negative status effect within the next 40/50/60 seconds except for broken or self inflicted effects (such as from an exhaustion perk or blindness from entering a locker), you instead are inflicted with deep wound, even if healthy (does not injure you. If multiple negative effects are applied in the same instance, they are all replaced with deep wound)

Gerry Trotter (Harry potter):

Seeking eyes (seeker): 120/90/60 seconds after becoming injured, traps are more discernable to you, you can see the trajectory of killers powers while they are charging, held and in use (hatchets, bottle throws, static shock, purge, blink and upside down traversal target locations), hear invisible killers 50% louder (wraith and spirit) and get an auditory warning when being stalked. While injured you can not search chests, sabotage or self care (even from dying state) and you suffer from aura blindness, mangled and exhauation.

Meandering map (mauraders map): while crouching you can see killers footprints. The footprints persist for 8/12/16 seconds.

Stealth cloak: you are likely to become the obsession. crouching while healthy and not moving or interacting for 12/10/8 seconds renders you invisible for 8/10/12 seconds. While the cloak is active, your breathing can be heard 50% louder and you are oblivious. When you move again, the killer can see your aura for 5 seconds
