Fix Your Game :)
I might just take an extended break off this bug some people call a game.
Im a rank 14-15 killer and only occasionally play. You know? For FUN?? Something that is supposed to be ENJOYABLE. I was paired with two red ranks and two purples. (for like the 5th time in a row) They clicky clicked, tea bagged, hook bombed with borrowed and in the end i was so fed up that i disconnected. Yes. I disconnected shame on be, my crops shall wither and my seed shall foul but if i cannot sit down and enjoy myself but i have to sweat my buttcrack so hard that my seat gets wet then I do damn well deserve to leave the game.
If i could get everything refunded- i would. no regrets. As for now those 2/10 enjoyable matches are not something to keep me playing without wanting to gouge someones eyes out :)
yes im looking at you dev team. Hope you enjoy all the money. Make urself a nice holiday or something :) Just remember you funded it with frustration and ignorance.
this was more of a rant and to see if other people have frustrating experiences aswell. Please, share them. Shoot them at the devs, send it in their mail, email and inbox, send them a postcard for godsakes as long as they'll finally listen :)

I used to be like you. You can't go into every match expecting to win.
Sadly, because of the community, you can't even go into every match expecting to have fun. It's why I've switched off of killer main, it's just too stressful to have to herd cats, which sucks, because the killers would be fun to play, if survivors weren't all toxic tryhards.

I don't even expect to win- really. I just wanna enjoy the game and not have to sweat every time. That's all I ask for and that honestly should be the minimum provided. The game has been out four years now and i dont have any hope left regarding it getting better. It's a lost cause at this point. Devs and the Company have proven more than once they dont care for the game. They care for the buck. I hope it will be the games downfall

I barely play the killer now because their game is lagging like hell and then a group of clicky clicking red ranks bully me because the game is lagging so much I get 2k at best when I easily could have 4k. Hell, I did better when I was a rank 20 Huntress not able to aim properly just because the game then was running fine.

I had a solo match against a PH on Midwich and it was a one sided slaughter.
He was rank 12.
I was 1, so was a felix. And the other 2 were purple.
Why the hell were we going up against a clearly still new killer?

Just a question, what times do you usually play, OP? Or what region?
When activity is lower, you tend to get matched with much higher(or lower) ranked players since the matchmaking prioritizes getting a game over not playing. If this wasn't the case then people would go back to complaining the queue times are too long.
You can't really win when pop is low; The happy medium is impossible to reach.

Sounds like matchmaking problem, and we know they are working on a fix (MMR)...

It was worse before so I will say something that may sound mean but not intended to.
Try to take that as a chance to become better at the game, ranks mean nothing, try learning the basics, moonwalks, mindgaming etc.
Now when you are low rank is the chance to experiment and learn a lot, so what if you lose a match? You can still try again.

I know the basics it still does not matter. I dont wanna be a rank 1 pro killer. I wanna occasionally play and have fun/do challenges as killer. You should be able to play a game without having to become a pro veteran at it.
'Get good' is such a ######### advice. Sorry. I know what to do. Survivors do have the upper hand. They have to make mistakes for the killer to get them.

Europe and I play all over. Sometimes morning, sometimes noon/night etc. I get paired with ppl from everywhere. Mostly ranks suck. I also play surv (currently purple rank) and get matched with 3 brown teammates and a brown killer. So 🤷🤷🤷🤷

Honestly if you knew what to do you would not be complaining about getting matched against red ranks.
You can still meme around and have fun, if you decide not to then that is on you.
And no currently it is the easiest it has been in the history of this game, even if survivors don't make mistakes most of the time you will still catch them.
