Incapacitated is just madness for Twins
It does exactly the same thing as madness, you can't do basic interactions besides dropping pallets / vaulting + unhooking. Also you can just remove it during chase unlike madness which certainly doesn't help.
What was the design idea behind it I wonder, maybe it should have other effects like inability to drop pallets and windows when it's already so easy to remove. Or maybe so other effect like applying mangled etc effect after you get rid of it or just last much longer to remove.
It just feels underwhelming.

Watching Streamers play him, I'm not exactly sure how best to use Victor honestly. I think the most powerful part of him is the tracking he provides when not controlling him, so you park him nearish to a hook and can immediately tell when someone's coming for the rescue. Or a gen that's nearly done.
I need to see better killers than me play him more. He seems really hard to use to deal damage though and you're right, the latch on doesn't really seem to do much.
I think he needs an M1 attack (if he doesn't - haven't seen any streamers use it if he has one), as it seems the best thing you can do is 360 him... it's like trying to hit a Survivor in melee running around you with a hatchet for Huntress. If she couldn't M1, that would be the easiest way to play against her.

Let's not forget that it also prevents a survivor from leaving the game like a Pig trap.

Also you can make the killer powerless if you keep Viktor on you

Neither Charlotte nor Victor can block the exit gate switches. You literally cannot release Victor nor swap between them if you're near the exit gate.

Does it, if so how much ? What happens when you down survivor who's directly touching the entity blocker at the exit gates. Can you just pick them up without them getting out if you down them. If not it's worthless as preventing hatch escape with it is much more unlikely then even the exit gates scenario which is already rare.

oh i meant just the gates, it doesn't stop hatch. it just blocks them leaving like you have blood warden, so i can see this killer having some decent synergy with blood warden. worth noting though this killer is bugged rn so it doesnt even do this yet

I think it's about the same range as the deadzone for traps.

Actually it does block the hatch, I was fortunate to test that and you can't use hatch if you have victor on. The problem was that my og body was too far away to stop the hatch escape before they removed him anyway so kind of lame.
Also the exit gates seems like they won't work since if you down survivor you remove victor so they'll just fall out of them and escape no matter if you've hit them with victor before.

I mean, if they can't do gens while Victor is on them, it doesn't seem like a very good idea to leave him on to deny the Killer her power.

it does stop hatch? damn better than i thought then

Really? Any footage?
0 -
no, it's bugged right now
this is in the "known issues" section of the patch notes so id assume that it'd block the survivor leaving if it worked properly

I'd say underwheling but whatever suits you. It'd be a miracle to actually stop someone from escaping with it, that's at least my view on it.
0 -
That does nothing.
Hit them? They fall into the exit and escape.
Let them remove Victor? They escape. It's worthless without some sort of 5 second buffer after being hit to stop them from insta-ecsaping.

Just saw a stream and a guy litteraly left hatch with victor on his back... :)

Under the known issues section of the patch notes

Yeah, but I saw a streamer. He was unable to get out, but stood right in front of the spikes. When the killer downed him, he escaped anyway. So not like it does much.
2 -
Yeah that doesnt matter though. Only matters in a hatch issue. If they just stand at the gate exit, they cant leave but the moment you hit them Victor falls off and they crawl out so its pointless.

The one thing I can say for certain is that it certainly makes no sense to travel too far from Charlotte as Victor. Travelling across the map as Victor would serve little purpose.
0 -
That’s a good thing to bring up actually. It really is pointless for Charlotte to stroll into a gate, up to a survivor blocked by the Entity due to Victor, only for them to default “exit” the second they’re downed.

Honestly not a bad trade, if a killer's power was just "one survivor can't do gens" it would still be pretty good.
You become an m1 killer in exchange for one person staying injured and unable to do gens, pretty solid deal
0 -
Yea no terrible trade me and my friends rolled the new killer by taking away their power we were on rotten fields it was so easy looping the killer I felt bad
0 -
But if you stick to the spikes in the exit gate and then get downed you can crawl and escape before the killer finishes cleaning her blade. Or am I way too off with it?

Me guess is that Madness 3 will inflict Incapacitated in the future.
0 -
To be fair if Charlotte is chasing you while Victor is hanging on to you, removing him can easily get you downed as you stand still for a moment when removing him. I think it's fine the way it is, it also takes the survivors ability to unhook survivors.
0 -
That would be busted though.
Survivors wouldn't be able to escape while being in madness 3
