So, he died when he was a teenager, right? So does that mean he's actually a lot younger than his sister? Are the twins actually different ages despite the same birthdate?

A lot of the disputes are heavy technicalities on both ends of the argument. He was still attached when he died, and still had Charlotte's blood flowing through him. Therefore "technically" he was still aging.
Whatever the case we can still punt the little [BAD WORD] across the map.

Age wise they are the same but the fact that victor died so early makes charlotte the more developed twin
