Isn't it kicking Victor too much?

The Botchling is actually what this reminds me of most, in terms of the appearance. But I think, for me, the difference is that the Witcher is a narrative game and it wasn't just trying to shock us -- it was telling a story about loss and regret that had artistic merit. In Dead by Daylight, it's just a skin that you're putting on a character -- so why does it need to be this one? Victor could be a gremlin who rides in her backpack, and it would be the exact same thing, just without bringing in a bunch of complicated connotations about women's bodies, and pregnancy, and motherhood that the game isn't trying to address.

so if this was a irl situation and victor was clawing at you trying kill you and would not stop no matter what you did. you would let him because he resembles a baby.
in my eyes victor is not even human anymore, he is a rabid animal.

I wish you could axe kick Victor. Send his head straight to the ground.

OMFG @CuteTrash dude you nailed it with
"This feeds a fantasy of child abuse, where people have straight up said that they can take out their frustrations for children in this game now, and I shouldn't have to take part in it when playing against this killer. Dead by Daylight intended for it to be one thing, and it conveys something else that is morally wrong. It always baffles me how many people in the community are rooting for this sort of thing, I guess these are the type of people that are all for abortion."

This game isn't trying to shock you or show themes of motherhood or any ######### like that. Its a monster gremlin, you kick it, that's as deep as it goes.
1 -
Sorry but if I saw that weird, rat looking goblin lunging at me I would kick it too and ask question ######### it was later! Then haul ass into the woods -.-

Are you forgetting the fact that you torture, murder, and mutilate people in this game? Why aren't you complaining about, surely it's morally wrong to do that to anyone?
7 -
No, it isn't too much.
This is a rated R horror game. It isn't for the easily offended.

The problem is with you to think that that little humanoid monster is a baby. Don’t blame the game, the devs nor the community. I’ve never seen a baby have the will to harm and eat people alive, to have consciousness, superhuman skills. Please...

60 % of the playerbase is likely under 18 😂😂

Empathy without boundaries is self-destruction. This is a great example.

In no way, it's actually one of the most interesting aspects of this Killer and kind of opened my eyes a bit on how much more interactive the game could be between the Killers and Survivors. Victor as a whole is a lot more interactable and fun than most of the cast. Being able to kick (stomp would be better, imo) the little gremlin is actually something truly new and interesting for this Killer.

Considering Victor was dead prior to the trials, it actually makes sense that he can be killed numerous times. If the Entity feeds off strong emotions then having Charlotte experience her twin die time and time again, plus the fact Victor leaves her to drift in thought, whilst he goes on his jollies, may show her feeling she's losing him again.
Emotionally, Charlotte is probably in more torment than any of the survivors.

This is the kind of Entity lore I came to these forums to see theories of. Thank you!

You mean an R rated 18+ horror game. Yeah.

You can't actually be serious making this post lol. It's NOT a baby for 1, it's a horror game for 2, and pretty sure your sister is too young to be watching this stuff.

Murder = Fine
Cannibalism = Fine
Torture = Fine
Kicking a demon baby = Pathetic outrage.

Even if he was a baby, I’d still cave his skull in. He’s trying to kill me. And he’s hella ugly.

would it change anything if the baby was pretty then?

No. Side note: This is very silly.

Remind me of the person that keeps and bringing freddy's map mattress and how it is a reference to the sexual abuses he inflicted in children's...
Yeah that's too much, but like you said, canibalism, murder, torture, sadism, psychological abuse, that's perfectly acceptable in the game.
I'm sadden to see OP feel an issue with Viktor in game but would like to remind them that as far as we know, Viktor could have been in the entity realm for 1 minute or 1 millenia, making it possibly older than you'll ever be able to reach in your life.
And talking about underage survivor's, we already have that... Nancy...
PS : talked about it to my wife m, she brought up a strong point, they are conjoint twins, which make Victor as hold as her.
Case rested
