    They didn’t forget, it was buggy as hell

    Hits that should have connected didn’t connect because of it, so they are fixing it.

    The killer community has no control over how the devs make choices, neither do survivors

    There has never been transparency in this game.

    Even with server hit validation, if they change it to something like : above 150 ping server hit validation kicks in; under 150 ping it's still the way it is now, you will never know as they will never tell.

    The way BHVR support their game and communication is a mess, we gamers are left in the fog =).

    It will be introduced in 2025 after 50 more dlc releases and multiple Meg hot pants.

    Literally, he started to launch 5 meters away from me, i'm almost at the pallet, he is at the house corner when he launched his hit and then the hammer is 2 to 3 meters away from me, hit is registering ,everything looks normal for the developpers that obviously don't play their game to check the state of it by themselves.

    9 games out of 10 the killer delivers such hits. Now, with my friends, we are amazed when we are facing a killer that has tight hit timing. It's like every killer is playing with 150 ping in this game... is it on purpose ? (i have optical fiber with 30ms on every server i play on, in DbD, in other games i have 10 to 18 ping).

    Great game, awesome hitboxes, awesome servers, awesome hit validation.

    ps : @developpers, the game felt more fair when dedicated servers didn't exist. Game gave us our ping on the server hosted by the killer, above 70, we were leaving the lobby. Under 70, everything was good and timings were tighter.

    I wonder if someday huntress' hatchets will stop disappearing and making survivors to splash blood WITHOUT changing survivor's health state and also stop hurting survivors that didn't get hit.
