We noticed an issue affecting the amount of Toothy Tortes delivered in the Bloodweb when using the Auto-Bloodweb and Bulk Spending features. This issue is now fixed, but you may need to reboot to see it reflected in-game. We have also slightly increased the number of Toothy Tortes that will appear in the Bloodweb.

Did they buff lucky break?

Before lucky break paused when you weren't injured but ticked down when you were.
I just used it because i was using a juking build and every time i healed/were downed it reset the timer completely.
Was this in the patch notes because i don't remember it happening but i like it.

They said that lucky break will be buffed but I don't think it's in yet.

Even if they removed the timer completely Lucky Break is generally useless.
