Devs are open to add Anime Chapters
They stated previously that they'd be willing to add practically any licences to the game as long as it fit that game (Novels, Games, Movies, and even Anime)
To the fellow weebs in the community, who would you like to see in the game?
Do you think it would fit well?
I'm thinking if we do get anything anime and manga, the best fits are someone from
-Higurashi When They Cry (IDK who, take your best pick)
-Pick any of Junji Ito's crazy monsters to be added

I could see one of the Demon's from Kimetsu No Yaiba getting in, or maybe a character from My Hero Academia. Would be a bit weird, but there's a few iconic ones in both that would fit

The only Junji Ito I have read is Uzmaki. It was good but I don’t remember it having any monsters in. There is a lot of gross stuff though.
Tokyo Ghoul might work. Outside of that I haven’t seen any Anime with monsters in. I’m sure there’s plenty though.
I sometimes watch Aggretsuko on Netflix. That would be a funny crossover.

I really like the doors to be open to non-human humanoid survivors. We have non-human humanoid killers (Demo and Squaramid Face) but no non-human humanoid survivors. While a BEASTARS chapter/paragraph is basically guaranteed to not happen, it just has a soft spot in my heart, and I hate how a lot of people won't read/watch it because of the premise and what it looks like on the outside and just say "no, that's just a furry manga/anime. Also, you're a furry?" Besides it not being a horror, Legoshi himself would have some technical difficulties. He's really tall, so they either have to shrink him down to the height of the survivors but it'd look weird; make him slouch but create new animations/model just for him; just make him way taller than all the survivors but cause confusion from a distance where other survivors run thinking it's the killer; and possible others I don't care to list. And let's not forget that tail of his, what'd they do with that? Legoshi, likely not to happen even if every chapter from now on was an anime license, but that's just a dream pick. Only reasons I could see for him is that he can be marketed heavily (tons of outfits to chose, like...
The one time he and a horso (forgot their name) sneaked into a masquerade (I think it was) party disquised as different animals, where he dressed up as a deer (I think. Forgot what it was. I haven't read BEASTARS in 3 months I think); he could have a shirtless cosmetic; the one time he worked at a job; basically his default outfit but he's trimmed, like that period he had lost tons of his fur to be able to train with the panda in the dark alley without being spotted by the Shishigumi; Legendary skins for Rois/Rouis/Lois/Lousi/whatever-the-flip-it-was and Juno could happen, and if desperate enough maybe a Lion from the Shishigumi; etc. etc.)
and the devs can brag about inclusivity by adding a character for furries (I know I said I didn't like how Beastars was generalized as a furry anime, but I feel the devs would also generalize it as such, and use it to attract that demographic).

Honestly, here are my picks
-Yuno Gasai as a killer (her power would be a passive power but maybe an interesting one) as gens go by, she gains more power against the obsession, a bit like a devour hope without mori!
-Saya from Blood C as a survivor
-Sachiko from Corpse Party as a killer would be nice, she can put one or more survivors who touch a marked gen (up to 5) and transport them in a world of illusion and have to gather the missing pieces to go back in natural world
-Ken Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul as killer
-Subaru from Re: Zero as survivor (just a funny thought because he keeps on dying over and over again)

Higurashi characters that would work well as a killer: Shion with her hammer and nails and Rena with her cleaver
New Survivor: Keiichi Maebara (I doubt they would add Satoko or Rika because they're children and if Mion is added it could cause confusion with Shion)
