I like the killers as they are. They're all supposed to be physically enhanced, after all, and a monster is much scarier when it's this big, menacing thing.
But if you're talking about camera's and FoV height and all that? I'm fairly certain that everyone would be on Hag's level.

I feel like some of them have already been scaled down. If you look at Oni's and Blight's trailers, they're ######### huuuuuge. If anything, I'd wanna see how terrifying they would be if they were accurate to their trailers.
Other than that, I always saw it as the Survivors were scaled down. Have you seen how tiny they are compared to some of the doors in the game? Or at least they used to be, the graphical updates mighta changed that.

i think it's a bit upsidedown: the doors are scaled up for the killers (remember Deathslinger not being able to get into autohaven's basement?)

I wouldn`t mind if survivor`s camera got lowered so they aren't looking at 2.5 meters tall killers from height

I think that would be rather boring. Some of them are kind of crazy like Deathslinger and Plague looking like they were stretched up in microsoft word. But for the most part I think the varying heights work well.

I quite like that the killers are bigger (for the most part), it's more reflective of them. The Trapper always feels huge to me as does the Oni, and I particularly like how upright and tall The Plague is, I think it would greatly affect the design (not to mention the gameplay) to make these characters shorter.

I'd hate if killers were shrinked, the tall killers feel more imposing. Imagine small Myers stalking you, that would be amusing but definetly not menacing or thematic. Also the carrying animation would look so weird if the models of survivors and killers were equall in size.
I much prefer having higher killers.
