Swamp map noise

So near the steamboat thing in the swamp map... I keep hearing this really weird garbled noise. Almost sounds like radio static or something. What is that?

Lately in general, they have definitely been adding new creepy ambient sounds to the maps.

Possibly crows on pale rose. They get spooked if killer or survivor walks near the boat. They go off kind of like a door ring on gas haven
