Depends on the killer.
Some killers don't give a damn about anything and will just play the game no matter what you do.
Other killers will even facecamp you if you just play too well (i.e. looping for minutes).
Some killers will facecamp if you tbag them or bring perks they dislike (i.e. Object of Obsession).

Facecamping is not effective punishment since patch that allow to save from any side of hook. If survivor piss me off somehow I would rather slug him to death. Survivors I hate to see most are sandbaggers. They having fun by bullying other. But I don't see them often.
And I don't recomend to be a sandbagger because it is bannable offence.

Did I understood that right? You want a killer to facecamp you? If I did then just be a complete toxic survivor, most likely you will get facecamped.

Bring key and OoO, then proceed to find the killer and tbag him. It works especially well against bubbas

For some reason killers that are stunned repeatedly will facecamp, even often throwing the game while doing so. Head-on stuns will get you this honor, especially if they were carrying someone.

OoO, flashlight clicking and blinding at every pallet, tbagging and emoting. This recipe should earn you a face camp fairly consistently.

Throw a single pallet on them. Guaranteed facecamp.
Or try to live by running away. This is also another guaranteed facecamp.
Try to bodyblock so your teammate has a chance to escape? You can bet that's a facecamp.
Are they playing Bubba? The community is made up of unimaginative memeing man children, so that's a facecamp.
Did you actually try to use items? Facecamp.
You found an item? Facecamp.
Did your teammates hide the moment you got rescued off the hook? You idiot. You tried to live. Facecamp.
Are they a Ghostface? Bobbing facecamp.
Pig? Backcamp.
Dodge a hatchet or chainsaw? Facecamp.
Did you point at another survivor and they pointed back? Facecamp.
Did you finish a gen? Facecamp.
Breaking bones? I'll face your camp.
