I am actually quite excited about the upcoming bloodlust test

Not really because of bloodlust itself, don't care if that stays or goes

But because the test is happening. I'm hoping more of these test can come.

A perk change that could use testing? throw it on for a weekend see what happens

Having like a weekend where the game is slightly different like once in a month sounds great

I hope these test come more often, should really speed up the changes of this game

    I totally agree, and hope my fondest wish comes true: a weekend test with moris and keys disabled. Omg, just imagine.

    I can see why they're turning bloodlust off, but that's the thing: we already know why bloodlust is dumb but also kind of necessary due to horrendous map design. I wish I didn't have to go back to literally instantly abandoning chase the moment someone got to a main building if I'm a standard M1 killer like pig or Myers but that's what we're gonna have to do again. Without bloodlust these main structures and some setups become so dumb on some killers, and bloodlust is yet another Bandaid fix they added to the game to try and solve these problems.

    And they're also relying on gathering data again. What data they're gonna gather from this or expect to be useful...I have no idea...but we already know what the problems are with this game and with bloodlust. BHVR just won't take our word for it unless they have an excel sheet to confirm everything that we say.

    I just hope killers dont all just drop off for the weekend. If BHVR doesnt get proper data, then the mechanic will be in limbo, just as Hit Detection is now.

    Bloodlust isn't necessary for any of the maps. If you actually -need- bloodlust you are a bad killer plain and simple. The only positive of it being there is as an indicator to try and wake you up that you over committed to a chase. I hope with that change beasts of prey is buffed so it isn't useless (which it is even now).
