Who is better clown or trapper
I think clown because he can slow survivors down also have a exhausted add on that is good against red ranks and pink finger and trapper only have to do is pick up trap and place them which sometime waste time but he also seem to be a faster killer when a survivor go against him.
Who is better legion or plague
Both are great especially put them in injure mode but both got that bad slightly problem where one small move mistake happen then it end fast and can't recover the momentum fast like other top killers does.

Clown is going to get reworked probably soon and may lose the exhaust add-on. Trapper is better cause traps cause survivors to be cautious especially with traps setting themself add-on.
Plague isn't bad but i think she gets buggy frequently because of updates. Legion is fun in my opinion and i can usually do pretty decent as legion with less than ideal add-ons.
TLDR: Trapper and legion are better in my opinion.

For some reason I keep thinking trapper is not that good because his power is so basic it just trap that might work or not work but again he seem as the faster killer in the game than any other killer to me too.

Trapper is extremely underrated. He has the capacity to stop a lot of powerful survivor perks and mechanics.
Legion is better than plague, clown is better than plague.

thing with traps is if you place them in the right spots they become a menace to survivors. It makes going in grassy areas a risk and makes some windows and pallets unsafe. He does also feel really fast which is nice.

Trapper
I think clown is just bad, early pallet dropping and lack of detection or stall. Trapper does have many counters, but he can make better plays than clown
Plague
Both have similar power, but i'd choose plague because of her ranged attack that may make her chasing power significantly high

How about wraith like my main he got the best add on and power so he can't be bad like he can be stealth or no stealth and move fast and be invisible also his add one are the best which are the one that see gens be touch,mingle,break and vault fast and move super fast and sorry I don't know their names because I took a big break from dbd but after him doctor is my second main and last is pyramid head which I never play as him before.

Wraith is pretty add-on dependent but is alright still. I play him occasionally.

Trapper is better than Clown, as he can protect areas with some setup. Lock down a three gen, they can't do much. While Clown can anti loop, he has zero pressure outside his area. At the very least, survivors have to slow down and keep an eye out for traps.
Between Plague and Legion, Plague is better. I may be biased, being a Plague main, but she shuts down healing, spreads infection, has radar like abilities, and ranged T3 Myers. Legion beats her in map pressure, but she plays the long game and can snowball, he can't.
