Stop hook farming with BT

To all those people thinking just because "you brought BT" you can literally farm everyone on the killer's face and everyone's going to be happy: No.

There is a wise way to use BT, and a trashy way to use BT. If you unhook somebody on the killers face, especially if the killer likes to tunnel and the survivor doesn't carry DS, you will only put that survivivor on death hook.

Also, BT shouldn't automatically trigger a safe unhook. It's not always a safe unhook. It should only be time- based like normal unhooks.
