What good is Deliverance against Pyramid Head?
I don't think a killer should be able to totally disable a survivor perk. That is unfair and unbalanced. If I get Deliverance charged and then sent to the prison rack thingie I should be able to use Deliverance to escape, if not then the rack thingie does not count as a first hook and the next time I get hooked on a traditional hook then I should get to use Deliverance. As is now ol' Conehead can totally disable any benefit of running Deliverance. The key to a good game is balance and it seems over and over again Killers get some sort of new add-on, ability, or perk which totally disables a players perk; no balance.

Pyramid Head also disables killer perks when you think about it. If he only cages survivors, he never gets BBQ, Devour Hope, Dying Light, Make Your Choice, Pop, etc. If you really want to use your Deliverance, just watch your step and avoid his trails.

Some survivor disable some killer best example try to play GF when someone use OoO or spine chill never you will stalk someone XD

Deliverance is always high risk / high reward. If you get hooked first, you can't use it. If you get hooked during EGC, you can't use it. It is still possible to use Deliverance vs a PH, as long as you aren't tormented, it's just more difficult.

It's kind of his gimmick. Even without his projectile people would pick Pyramid simply because of their hatred of certain survivor perks.

Deliverance has a hidden passive that states "be the first person found in a match".
Speaking seriously, Deliverance is inconsistent bc of its activation requirement. If you really wants to get value when facing PH, you need to play mega stealthy and don't run over it his poop. The killer is not the problem here I think.

You do realize survivors running OoO make GF stronger. Survivors can't see stealth auras anymore, so GF can see the survivors but the survivors don't see him. Sure the icon will light up, but this only gives survivors the direction of GF.

If survivors can disable killer perks, the same can be done by killers to survivor perks, it's only fair.

Pyramid head going for cage first? Heh thats werid, they usually hook first then cage so you should get deliverance.
Also you know Pyramid dosent get any hook perks like MYC, BBQ, etc either right? What would be the point with cages if you still got your perks activated

It's worth caging first hook if you know the entire team is on the same side of the map as the downed survivor. Since it'll force the team to have to travel the entire map to rescue.
Also PH's daily is to cage survivors so I know I'll cage survivors if I have the option as the most amount of cages you can get in a single game is 8 and the daily wants 4.

hmm, OoO is a detriment even for subtle killers. Stealth prevents the aura reading of OoO but the icon still lights up when looking in the killer's direction. A survivor may not now how far you are, but they surely knows the direction you're approaching and can choose to look away and prevent you from seeing their aura or hiding behind gens. Also, since stealth inhibits your terror radius, the survivor still get the icon info if you're close.

Seeing the aura for survivor is advantageous for killer even if the survivor knows your direction.
For instance, if the survivor wants to work on the last gen without being seen, he has to look away. Now it's easy to sneak up on him. If he wants to do the gen and know the direction GF is in, GF will know exactly where he is and know he's on the last gen.

Yep, it's a benefit for the killer for sure, but don't forget that the survivor is the one choosing when to give or take information here and ppl that equip OoO tend to have an annoying playstyle at best or feed info for their team at worst.

It's a gamble though, they wouldn't bring it if they knew it was a stealth killer.
