As long as Perks/Items dont say that they dont stack, they stack. It is a bit inconsistent because sometimes it is written that it stacks, sometimes not.
But in general - everything stacks, as long as not written otherwise.

Try it with a green medkit plus extra charge add ons and you will be the Zoomin Healer.

Yes, botany, we'll make it, dying light, medkits, addons that increase healing speed, anti hemorrhage syringe all stack with desperate measures Edit: and no one left behind. Forgot that perk exists lol
