I'm using one thats a little of everything right now on Heather.
Small game to counter totems.
Repressed Alliance if I find out the killer is using pop. This perk has actually got me camped out of spite once or twice.
Leader for faster heals on me from other players to make up for not having a self healing perk
Kindred to know whens the right time to save or stay on a gen.
If you want the objective 'best'. It's Dead hard, Adrenaline, DS, Unbreakable
Replace adrenaline with BT for altruism

For general use, probably Borrowed Time/D Strike/Dead Hard/Iron will. It gives you a bit of everything. If dead hard decides to work properly.
For solo Q? I would say fixated, sprint burst, iron will, spine chill. A strong mix of stealth and powerful chases.
For the people who have lost all faith in the game? Spine chill, left behind, windows of opportunity, iron will. Strong looping, and the ability to leave your team for dead in the most dire of situations.

Iron will , ds, unbreakable , dhard can be good ? Is use it recently

That's a really strong build, yeah. Iron Will usually gets dropped for Adrenaline if you're trying to go full meta, but Iron Will is really strong imo and totally makes sense in that build.

Depends on play style. I’m more juke and stealth than loop, so I use Iron Will and WMI, usually. Sometimes Lightweight. And Kindred is almost a must for solo queue, although sometimes it just helps survivors find each other and ignore you.

I run Vigil, Leader, Sprint Burst and Kindred.

I run Spidey Sense (Spine Chill), Inner Strength, Urban Evasion and rotate an exhaustion perk with the other slot. It's what I have the most success with.

I'd recommend ds, iron will, small game and dead hard. There is no best build really. It all depends on killer, his perks and a map you get.

I like to play so that I won't get hooked. I pack sprint burst, urban evasion, self care, and kindred to see where the killer goes and also to see if I should keep working on a gen or go for the save! But as long as you're a good sport, any build is good :)!
