don't forget they have high amount of counterplay made for survivors and lockers still are an issue also victor landing on a survivor pretty much does nothing they can still loop jump windows and drop pallets

Still gonna play them and still gonna have a fun time (outside of matches against higher skilled survivors, but there it doesn’t matter which killer i play because I am mid level skilled..)

It seems to be that the Twins have been designed to be an entertaining killer to face rather than an effective killer to play if that make any sense.
A lot of tought has been given to counter-play while everything to do with playing them is rough and underpowered. The inability for Charlotte to find Victor or recall him is most puzzling. Victor's ability to latch onto survivors while fun, does not in fact hinder them the way I think it is supposed to. And while the locker weakness is being adressed, its still a bit baffling that they didn't see it coming.
I really like the idea of the Twins, and I hope the Mid Chapter will give them the polish they desperatly need, but I agree, it looks like its going to be a rough release.

I don’t know. This is a theory but I think the Twins will have the locker tech cause they were supposed to come out last week but they didn’t do I think they delayed the chapter from last week to this week so they can program the locker tech

I have seen a few people say the locker tech thing is scheduled to be added to the game December 8th, but I myself have not been able to verify that.

There was no delay at all. Normal time from PTB release to chapter full release is 3 weeks and that’s where we are now..

They changed the time between PTB and Release to 3 weeks. Up from 2 weeks. It’s been like this for a few chapters now. It’s to help them have enough time fix the killer before release.
