Do the devs genuinely take pride in this?
Seriously. Like, I've been putting up with these ups and downs for the better part of a year and a half, many have been considerably longer... but this is the lowest it has ever been. You are actively releasing broken, unfinished content that breaks more content in the game than it creates to stick to some sort of arbitrary every-three-months release schedule.
You release a Killer that is already being considered by many to be the worst in the game, whose power consistently bugs out across matches (In my first match, I had Victor get stuck in the floor and run with his view at a 45 degree angle sideways). You give them absolutely garbage perks, which you nerf on top of none of them actually working. Then you give Survivors an infinite-use alternative to Decisive Strike, already a massive problem in the game's balance, which would be a problem but only one of the survivor's perks works too.
Not to mention completely unrelated issues, like unbreakable shack pallets, Billy's chainsaw randomly overheating, and other sloughs of issues that you are failing to address. You need to stop and focus on fixing the game, not pumping out content.
And that you have the ######### audacity to ask people to vote for you in the "Labor Of Love" category during all this is just flat-out insulting.

I mean it's par for the course for BHVR.

Oh jesus, shack pallet is sometimes unbreakable, and hillbillies chainsaw just randomly overheats?!
What in the actual [BAD WORD] is going on in BHVR?

I can't imagine that the devs are at fault for this, because they seem to genuinely care about this game.
I rather think that the higher ups are at fault and forcing them to push out content at an unreasonable pace

I can't imagine they are, but as @OniWantsYourMacaroni pointed out, I'm pretty sure this is a higher up decision, not the Dev team. No Developer want's their game to be bad.

The actual dev team used to be kinda proud. However, I doubt they care anymore due to the higher ups decree that content must be released every three months whether it's working or not. When the people who run the company could care less about their consumers then why would the dev team care about anything. Just payin the bills at this point.

Probably not. But the ones developing the game don't get to make the decision on how buggy the release is. They just work until the higher ups tell them to send the update.

If you bought it, you fell for it.
