Boy oh boy can the new killer camp

Playing the new Killer (bought with shards), and holy ######### can the Twins camp. While there are measures put in place to prevent camping, it's still super easy.

First way is by presetting Victor at the hook before you hook the survivor. This allows Victor to keep a close eye on the hook while bypassing the anti-camp mechanics. You can still swap back to Victor, but only once.

Second way is basement. Basement is so f**king strong on this killer. Set up Charlotte right outside the basement entrance, and let Victor do his own thing. Once the unhook happens, swap to Charlotte and get both rescuer and the rescued.

Not complaining. Just funny.

People are really going to complain about this killer camping when you got Hag, Bubba, Trapper, Pyramid Head, Wraith, Ghostface, etc to use?

She's M1, people can just run straight out of the basement vs her like anyone else. It's only problematic with a mori, and any killer is problematic with a mori. Stealth killers are way more problematic with mori's.

She can disrupt a gen off in the distance while camping a bit. That's about it. She can't straight up deny the survivor being unhooked and in doing so killing them on first hook like many of the top tier campers can.

Its honestly baffling that the Devs dont see that a Killer with built-in Insidious will lead to that. Let alone that the Twins are unfinished and even if they are finished, will most likely not be the strongest Killer to play (to say it mildly), which results in one of their only redeeming qualities (camping) being used.

From my limited experience, the twins have some of the best anti-loop available in the game. You can jump over every pallet or window as victor. Literally nothing is safe. With his speed add-ons he goes around the map ridiculously fast. All the survivors have are lockers, or you missing.

Any injured survivor is an easy down. It's up to you as the killer to make those situations happen, be it through hit-and-run victor attacks across the entire team, or using charlotte to injure people then finishing them off with victor.

  • Let em' camp, it's about all this dreadful killer can do.

I did not go against many Twins on the Live Server so far (3 in total, which speaks for itself, since normally, when a new Killer is released, I go against them the whole evening), and neither of them were doing much else than camping. I only noticed the questionable Hitbox of Victor since at one point he smashed against the wall and still downed me.

His hitbox is huge. I attacked a guy juking me around a tree, totally missing, and it still downed him.

People don't give this killer enough credit. I would say she is extremely strong in the 1v1. Victor is nurse / spirit / deathslinger level of strong in terms of anti-loop. You literally cannot avoid him, all you can do is miss. Especially with his charge speed add-on.

You can still get people who go into lockers, but it bugs your power out. That's the main weakness currently.

They just requires a good amount of forethought as where you want to position both the killers as it is punishing to relocate both. Corrupt is incredible, since you can basically insidious camp 2 gens while going out to damage survivors in the meantime.

I don't think she is nearly as weak as most people claim. I have 3-4k'd the majority of my matches at rank 1 (for cred) after a few practice games.

Used both methods myself. Such fun, so much interaction... Just as expected from bhvr

Completely possible. I did not play them myself so far, I will play them when BHVR released all the content. But from my PTB-experience, I dont think that they will be a Killer that is seen often. Maybe after a few weeks, if everyone knows how to play as them.

I mean, a ton of people also said that players will just tunnel all the time with pyramid head. But from what i've seen that isn't really the case
