Is adept even possible with the new killer being this buggy?

ive played a good 20-25 matches and it literally is a 4k or 0k no inbetween. you either snowball hard or get gen rushed. Ive even let survs unhook to get emblems up (without allowing healing) and chaser just goes down. shes a buggy mess and every time victor gets stuck in the floor the match becomes a wash pretty much.

Ive noticed on surv side that victor doesnt even initiate chase and you get no bp for dodging him or being chased by him. At that point the chase is annoying. but does this mean that something is messed up points wise on the killer side too?
