Leather Face carb tuning guide - trash?
So I tried the cannibals carburetor tuning guide for the first time yesterday, and I don't understand at all how it is helpful. You get a blanket slowdown, less control over when you get the speed burst, and I honestly can't tell if there even is a speed burst. Overall it completely nerfed my ability to win chases as i seemed to be going at survivor speed when using the chainsae. Can someone please explain to me why this is a purple perk, how it helps, and how to use it effectively?

I rarely use it, I buy the Iri Flesh one instead. If you are timing your chainsaw correctly you get the same effect. It has the big problem in that you end up using your entire saw for 1 pallet sometimes.
I guess it's more there for convivence than anything, so you can focus entirely on the looping instead of having to worry about timing the saw charges as well.
I have heard it goes well with play with your food since it means you can have a super long saw only use 1 stack, but I never use PWYF on Bubba anymore.

There is a bug in the current update were Bubba doesn't get a speed burst.

bugged, what its supposed to do is use all charges in 1 sweep, but decrese max speed, its best paired with PWYF for a psudo old bubba with 1 charge that is extremely long and doesn't use up all pwyf stacks

Besides that it's pretty worthless in my opinion, I don't think using all of the charges helps in any scenario, if there's a pallet you'll break it and need to recharge forever and if you down them early in the sweep you have to run in circles until you end the sweep. Timing the saw isn't too hard and even if you trigger it early you'll still probably get the down.

Thank you so much, i was starting to think I was crazy and it was all downside on purpose. Knowing that its a bug makes me feel better that i disappointed the entity
