Decisive Strike: Made base kit

DS activates every time you are unhooked. If you are picked up by the Killer while DS is active, immediately stun the killer for 5 seconds (no skill check) and gain a 7% Haste status effect for 10 seconds (to help counteract the killer grasp escape animation)

DS is deactivated if you interact with a gen, totem, exit gate, or hook.

DS is deactivated if you heal or are healed one health state, or if you rescue a survivor from a hook or cage

DS is deactivated if the Killer hits or hooks/cages another survivor

While DS is active, all survivors see a special effect over your health state

Iron Maiden: (too OP, discarded idea)

Healthy survivors who enter a locker become injured

Injured survivors who enter a locker are trapped inside of it for 20 seconds

Receive a noise notification when a survivor enters a locker

Visionary:

For any generator auras you can see, determine it's progress by the intensity of it's aura

Dead Man's Switch:

Whenever the Obsession stops repairs on a generator before it is completed, Dead Man's Switch calls upon the Entity to block that generator to all survivors for 45 seconds. The generator's aura is revealed to you in white.

Only one generator may be blocked in this way at a time.

Cruel Limits:

Whenever a generator is completed, all vault locations within 32 meters of the generator are blocked by the Entity, and all pallets in that area are held up by the Entity.

Vault locations and pallets blocked by this perk become available whenever another generator is completed.

Self Care:

You can heal yourself at 50% the normal rate without a medkit

Self heal item efficiency is increased by 100%

Perks that increase healing speeds do not affect you when healing yourself.

Dark Sense:

Whenever the Killer goes within 16 meters of a generator, you see their aura for 5 seconds.

Distortion:

Start the Trial with 4 tokens. Whenever the Killer would read your aura, Distortion consumes a token and your aura is not revealed to the killer for 10 seconds and you will not leave scratch marks for the duration.

Whenever Distortion consumes a token, you are told what perk consumed that token.

Urban Evasion:

When walking, you instead crouch walk at normal walk speed.

When crouching, you crawl in a prone state at normal crouch speed

Unnerving Presence:

While in your terror radius, survivor skill checks for repairing and healing have their success zones decreased by 60% and shake violently.

Monstrous Shrine:

Survivors who enter the basement suffer from the Oblivious and Blindness status effects.

Survivors hooked in the basement suffer the following:

-0% base chance to escape the hook without help. This trumps all perks

-15% faster Entity progression. Sacrifice timer cannot be paused by perks

Unrelenting:

The cooldown for missed basic attacks is reduced by 30%

After gaining Bloodlust Tier 1, successful basic attack cooldown is reduced by 15%, and cooldown for missed basic attacks is reduced by a further 10% (total, 40% reduction)
