When will the hot fixes go live?
The Twins unfortunately won't be fully fixed until the next mid-chapter update, but there are a plethora of killers that are bugged right now that I would like to play. For obvious reasons I'm holding off until the hot fixes are applied, because as much as I want to play, my desire to not want to have to endure a buggy game is even greater.
Have the devs announced an ETA?

Hopefully soon. Legion's current bugs are... rough to play through to say the least.

I think they're talking about changes, I'm pretty sure the fixes are coming soon. In the QnA someone asked if there were any more changes to The Twins planned, after the locker thing and bugfixes, and they said they were gonna wait until the next Mid-Chapter, for the reviews they're starting to do.
Like they did with the Silent Hill chapter, and probably with Descend Beyond in the coming up mid-chapter. I'm pretty sure we're still getting the previously mentioned fixes, just not new ones until the next, next mid-chapter

This, tbh. i keep thinking I'll go play some killer, and then I remember a bunch of them are bugged and I don't know which ones aren't...

The devs have 100+ known bugs and counting, there's no way they can fix all of them until the mid chapter update, hell probably into next chapter and beyond. Yui's default cosmetics have been bugged for several chapters now with no hope of being fixed

If it doesn't happen real soon, then it's likely not going to happen til 2021. These devs take Christmas off 100%, no questions. They once went ahead on Christmas break even though we had Myers running around with chainsaws.
So let's hope it happens real quick like.

Default and Prestige Torsos clip into her body when playing the game, like this is a consistent thing you can do just by repairing a generator or doing almost anything else, it's ridiculous
