10 seconds of holding them hostage in a locker, when it takes nearly 5 seconds to get back to Charlotte.

Incredibly balanced, especially for a killer that can be killed.

Iron Maiden is the only thing that could help I think but even then it's just not enough time. By the time you're close enough to check the locker they're already out and at a safe loop.

    Yeah I'm really not sure what the balance team is seeing with this killer. They're genuinely bad or average at everything aside from slugging or camping. They seem to have a massive blindspot for how long it takes the Twins to do anything.

    they should have it so you instantly go back to charlotte and have full control right away instead of recovering from "waking up". Maybe even add 2 seconds if they want to have it so you see victor holding the locker.

    you should have full control right away when you hit a healthy survivor with victor as well, this will reward you for doing well.

    Fun fact, BHVR has absolutely no idea what balancing means. It's not even assuming, two of their most popular recent Official™ statements are

    1. OoO is absolutely fine, no problem with the perk. We hear the complaints but y'all are delusional.
    2. The Clown is strong, it's just that 15 million Dead by Daylight players can't play him.

    Lemme do some maths here... Victor can hold a survivor in the locker for 10 seconds, but it takes Charlotte 3 seconds to wake up, so that gives you 7 seconds to reach the trapped survivor. 7 seconds x 4.6 m/s movement speed = 32.2 meters, So Unless you trap a survivor in a locker less than 33 meters away from Charlotte... Victors new ability is mostly useless.

    I've tested it decently enough already and it's too short, you're stuck at least 3s as chatlotte where you can't move at all giving you hardly 7s to get to the locker person. 7s is usualyl enough only if they're really close so pray to entity they didn't run away from your og body to some far away locker even worse in a building.

    It should be 15s minimum but that will ofc never happen as devs already implemented 10s.
