More the opposite. Her bugs are no longer funny and need ironing out. Call that a buff if you like, but her current state is bad. The fact her addons are all laughable too and more used for memes than actually playing is another issue, but that can be ignored, because I believe there are enough of us that can play her without such addons.

Nurse is fine. If you want advice on how to play against her, play as her. You will learn by watch what other survivors do against you and also see by yourself how to exploit her issues.

Nurse needs 643 QoL changes before we can concider nerfing her.
It's amazing how we have a killer that in theory in miles ahead of any other killer but in practise almost nobody wants to bother with her
