Are there any killers that can maintain rank 1-2 that are low tier?
I just did a daily with Myers and got stomped literally all gens popped and only one hook. I'm just curious if it's just me or is this an issue with most killers? For reference I am a nurse main rank 1.

Wraith ranks up really easily, and I've heard Legion does too.

I mean, if you got stomped, quite clearly you should depip. The only thing that is a little bit annoying is that at Rank 1 you cannot gain anything from Pips, but will immediatly be back at Rank 2 after one bad game, even if you won the 1000 games before.
Basically every Killer can keep the Rank, if they play at least somewhat decent. From my experience, Legion is probably the easiest Killer to Rank up, you can gain Pips and Double-Pips quite easily and even after a bad game, you more often than not end up with a Blackpip.

Entirely dependant on the skill of the survivors and the killer in question. I can easily stay in rank 1 as Clown as 90% of my matches are against red ranks that dont even know what a pallet loop is.

Legion is the only killer in the game who could easily black pip while all 4 survivors escape in red ranks. He's basically guaranteed Iri Chaser and very likely to get Gold Gatekeeper and Malicious just by hitting people with his power over and over.

Well,considering the majority of high rank survivors are bad and average players it's possible to stay at high ranks with any killer if you're good enough.

Every killer on the roster can maintain rank 1-2 if you're good at killer

it depends on how good you are with them, how good they are as survivors, map RNG. it depends on lot of things when you are playing not viable killlers. but i do constantly win as useless killers as long as i avoid those lobbys with 2k+ hours 4 man survivors, you will stand a chance agaisnt them only if u are playing a decent killer.

All killers can maintain rank 1 running zero perks and zero addons. However, this is because of ranking/rank reset problems putting people at higher ranks than they're supposed to be, IE you're facing people who aren't really rank 1.
When people talk about "non-viable" killers they're typically not referring to playing them at rank 1, they're referring to playing against actual "good" survivors, of which then there are a lot of issues with all the weak killers that you're referring to and their level of play-ability in those instances.
You could summarize this all with saying that we have multiple bad/flawed systems that artificially cover up the balance issues to an extent. In a world with a hypothetical perfect MMR and rank reset system you would see a lot of issues with the games current balancing.

As a Hag main I was never able to get up to rank 1 because I either stomped so hard I safety pipped or failed so badly I depipped but then when grinding Trapper achievements I hit rank 1 and maintained for a little while until I moved on to another killers achievements because most bad games I'd still safety pip with him.

Yes. Every killer can maintain a high rank if you are good with them. This is coming from a fellow rank 1 nurse main. Glad to meet someone of my own kind XD

All of them can, keeping rank 1-2 isn't too hard, any killer can average atleast 2ks without trouble. Clown might fall into 3 if you get some real tough games since he struggles with pressure. Trapper might as well just because he's so feast or famine.
But yeah wraith and legion are extra strong at pips compared to their lethality.

I'm a Rank-1, Myers Main. In fact, I play mostly Spooky Myers (the slow one). So yeah, it is possible. I don't know how dependent it is on personal style. In fairness, while I'm now dabbling in the other Killers to learn them, I basically went to Myers Boot Camp and played nothing else until I hit Rank-1 with him. Now, I can play other Killers and my Rank gets bad fast, switch back to Myers and rocket back to the Red Ranks. So it is possible, although, I suspect it is going to vary a lot.

I'm well aware, I'm saying for me I was hard to maintain high 2 and rank 1 with her because I would stomp that hard with her but switching to a low/mid tier killer, Trapper, is what put me at 1 and kept me in that area. I can maintain as Hag, just not advance as easily

Myers with good perks; Clown can even with an average build; Legion, too.
If you have good add-ons, trapper can, but without add-ons...nope.
Can't think of any other low tier killers off the top of my head. Guess it depends on your own opinion for that one.

Every single killer in the game, except perhaps Myers and Plague (although Plague is pretty damn good, she just gets screwed over with pips and BP).
Seriously, it's so easy to pip. If you just go for a 12-hook trial, you're probably going to black pip most of them.

Nurse main trying out a stealth killer that reaches his full potential with specific perks like Infectious Fright and M&A and very different playstyle than most killers...
Myers is VERY strong when used properly and also very easy to get points with him, there are better killers to pip with but The Shape can get the job done as well.

Any killer can stay in red ranks, it's up to the player if they want to stay there by playing well.

As long as you know what you're doing any killer can maintain fairly easily. I had 3 merciless games in a row as trapper the other day.

Played against a rank 1 Clown, had that pinky addon that exposes survivors, threw it at us but didn't realize you had to directly hit someone with the bottle, not have them intoxicated. Rage quit and called us hackers.
On the contrary I played against a rank 1 Pig who completely destroyed the team, Gens were a slog and I don't remember if they used traps or not. They were nice and let me and the other Dwight escape through the hatch (The other two survivors brought keys and were rather toxic) got a brutal killer and thanked us for helping them finish one of their challenges.
It all depends on skill, but trying to brute force skill by using addons or loops doesn't always work, because if you don't understand the base fundamentals you can really never improve. To answer your question; Yes.
