I can confirm that lunging in Frenzy does not feel right. There is less control, and you don't go as far.

Legion still isn't back to before they broke him. Legion is my most played killer and he still feels different in frenzy than before the new chapter.

No problem bb, I don't play Legion enough to have a worthwhile opinion.
Though, as someone who doesn't play him, I could tell something was wrong, so I guess my opinion was right in the end.

It's a bit hard to say because Legion's speed boost isn't terribly significant.
The best idea I can think of is to give Legion 3 PWYF stacks and compare how quickly he reaches the survivor in Frenzy with 0 tokens. It should be noted that 3 PWYF tokens on a 4.6 killer is 5.29, which is 0.09 faster than Legion's Frenzy, but it would serve as some sort of reference point.

I've poked at the video and done some math. Assuming the distances are the same for both tests...
It looks like non Frenzy gets to the Survivor in 5.46 seconds. Frenzy gets there in approximately 5 seconds.
Non Frenzy's time and Legion's base speed of 4.6m/s means Legion started 25.116 meters away. A 130% or 5.2m/s Frenzy should get there in 4.87s. A time of ~5s means that Frenzy is running ~125% or 5.0m/s.
So... assuming the test is accurate and I'm not bad at estimating the times... Frenzy is missing the equivalent of 1 Play With Your Food stack worth of speed.
Edit: A possible better way to make sure you keep the distance the same would be to start holding W directly after a window vault and run into a wall. That should make your starting and stopping locations identical every time.

Your lungs as legion should go extremely far, as I play Legion as my secondary. The current lunge is much shorter. They have been shadow nerfed, but the devs claim they are working as intended. They just need a rework.

Thanks for the math! So, then the issue here is that Legion is moving at the speed prior to the changes made in the 3.4.0 update. Hopefully this can be resolved sometime soon!

Yes. This is still bugged.
As THE Legion main --- he's slightly faster now but not fast enough
You can tell because his lunge isn't as far as it should go, how could this happen you ask? Well, lunge gets fixed by making him faster... but he's not fast enough... meaning his lunge doesn't go as far as it SHOULD
because there's a correlation between speed and lunge distance.
Just watch any video on my channel of me lunging with Legion, it's completely obvious that the speed is not proper 100%

I would advise making a video or something using old clips to demonstrate the speed difference as evidence for the devs if possible.

It feels like he's moving about 0.15-0.2 m/s slower and has a correspondingly decreased lunge attack range (for killers with over 4.6 m/s lunge attack distance deviates from standard and actually depends on movement speed)

Provide video evidence.
There is tons of video evidence showing him as fine.
There is nothing currently showing him as bugged.
If you can so assuredly say he is bugged then you must have some proof, so just upload it so we can see.

I noticed that in the bottom clip, the Frenzy appeared to be slightly further than the 2 PWYF side. This may be due to the FOV, but I'm not sure.

But they do. It's just as easy to control and has a bigger hit box. It just doesn't seem like it because the running animation and lunge animation are the same in frenzy. Can confirm as a legion main

So does that mean that Legion now moves at 125% speed in Frenzy as opposed to 130%? (don't know the exact speed correct me if I'm wrong)

Yeah you're memory is being accurate. Frenzy is normally 130% and each stack of PWYF gives +5% movement speed, so two stacks = 125%. Those numbers also matches the math I did against the initial video.
