Lag in the new update

How bad has the lag been for everyone in the new update? It has made the game nearly unplayable for me. Everything was fine pre-update, but now it is lag-city. It's awful.

  I have a 48 hr ban RN just from getting kicked back to the loading screen after my game freezes for a sec. Definitely worse.

  That stinks. Hopefully they can sort out the issue soon. It's been driving me crazy. I had to stop playing it was so bad.
