How is it that David still doesn't have a Christmas outfit?
Some survivors have more than one Christmas outfit, whereas others still don't have any. David is one of those survivors, and there's nothing more that would put a smile on my face than trying to survive as Ebenezer David! 😄

Well he has an Xmas sweater, like almost everyone else. I do however think that Dwight didn't need another Xmas outfit seeing as he already had the elf one.

Agreed, and although he does have a Christmas sweater, as you mentioned it's practically just a rugby jersey. I use it year round because of that (although that doesn't stop me using Jeff's sweater either haha). I do agree he should get one, and I hope he will receive something next Christmas! He did get a Blight skin this year at least.

The Christmas sweaters are all to do with the character that wears them even if they don't necessarily look "christmassy". For example, Nea's just has a bunch of cats on it, Adam's is calculations on a chalk board, and David's is his rugby one.

Not every sweater's description says something about the holidays, Meg's for example is about sports.
But those sweaters are part of the ugly sweaters collection so they are christmas sweaters, even if the description doesn't say that.

None of the Christmas sweater have massive Christmas themes they're more based on the characters' interests
The only exception being Joey and Susie Christmas sweaters

Interesting. So then I guess it's really more of a 'ugly sweators' line than necessarily a Christmas line of outfits. Bummer.
Still, it would be nice to see that attention to skins be spread amongst every survivor. At the end of the day every single survivor is the same once you have all the perks unlocked, because of that I only main Feng and David. I know those two received some pretty awesome looking blight skins recently, but to see some survivors get more than one holiday skin, along with the recent new survivors already having received one, is really disappointing.

David's sweator though has more to do with an ugly sweator line of clothes than a holiday outfit. Even the description mentions rugby but nothing about the holidays.
