Worst Event in DbD History
1) You could use an offering and get no vials if the killer finds you first, cause survivors are rushing the plants.
2) It takes forever to get 1 vial
3) You are capped at 1 vial per game, how ######### dumb is that?
Bring back the generator events, thanks.

Guess it's not your style.
I've been enjoying this event. Fun legit matches here and there, but it's been some good interaction in this game with all of mine. I also don't mind being friendly when a Survivor is working on a plant. They usually return the favor. Pretty much every game everyone's been apt to helping each other out.

Maybe you need to rethink your strat . I am not a hardcore player and in 2 nights I have 25 vials and I get 2/3 or a full one depending on how many offerings are brought in unless its just mine then maybe 1/3rd if im lucky .
side note , about half the killers ive been matched against are really nice about it if you dont act like a toxic arse .

For unlucky people like me the event is the worst. I'm usually the first found even if I try to hide, by the time I can lose the killer or get unhooked the plants are all taken I also have yet to get a "friendly" killer.

I like the event, but I think there is room for improvement. For instance, if my vial is full then I should still be able to harvest, but the liquid is evenly distributed to the other survivors. That change alone would fix most of the survivor complaints.

try and find me as a killer , if I get my hooks I have no problem letting them get their plants . usualy ill walk up and wait till they are done harvesting then knock them down so I can get my hook . if the killer walks past you while your on a plant or just watches you hes being nice . if hes yanking you off it to hook you , maybe not ...

@Brady I know, it's great. I've never had such a high rate of "nice" killers that work together to make sure everyone gets their objectives ever until this event. I'm guessing for those who aren't encountering them, either they're just unlucky or it's a rank thing? I tend to get matched against killers around ranks 8-11, so maybe that's just a sweet spot or something.

Solution - rush the cankers same as everybody else, since there won't be one with your name on it. It takes 2 games on average to fill a vial

It sucks that once your vial is full that you can't continue to harvest for your team mates and blood points.

This and also I forgot to ask when someone else gets found 1st do you still go after the Nectar and leave them/not do gens? Do you care that it's them and not you so you get your vials? The event is 2 weeks so that it'll all even out in the end. Because if you get it done within a day like some or a few days you'll get bored.
Then you'll complain that there's nothing to do.

I'm having a great time, fun matches on both sides, although with Solo survivor its pretty rough, but as SWF its actually great times. As killer, its the best this game as played, and the flowers as an objective is probably perfectly balanced vs a decent SWF team, had some really intense, close games with good players.

I don't know how they thought it would be a good idea to give survivors a secondary objective and not killers.. Most survivors i see including me aren't even trying to do gens.. collect flower.. find killer.. get into next game

The best event, skins are marvelous, the best ones in the game so far. I have already 30/30 on both survivors and killers, don;t see things to complain.

I dont understand you people. As survivor I fill vials in 1 or 2 games, its so easy especially as you sad you can just die to refill again. - It's not dumb at all, it makes people take longer to get the cosmetics that had work put into them, unlike the cheap reskins in the Store. In past events, i was usually done farming after just 2 days. They did better here in that regard.

Now since you Must be a game developer specialist in level design, tell me what's wrong about a secondary objective that I haven't specifics on my previous post. Which as I said could even be a test or make the game a little more spicy or both.
I would love to know your thoughts and I wonder if before talking you actually think and try to challenge your own opinions before sharing an male other challenge them.

Did you know that you get the same amount if 2 survivors harvest at the same time than if you would do it alone?

Did you know that you get the same amount if 2 survivors harvest at the same time than if you would do it alone?
Not sure if its a bug tho.If you arrive in time, other Survivor or not, you can profit.

It'd be the worst event ever if the vent lasted for 2 days and that's all the time you had, but here it's 2 weeks and with offerings it's basically double blood points and then some. You just don't like the fact you can't just let your teammates do all the work like before.
When you don't get found 1st and someone else does do you still farm your nectar and when they don't get any do you come on the forums and complain for their sake? The obvious answers are pretty glaring, you have no issue when you get your points and others don't but when you're the one that misses out you get upset.
If you're going to get upset over missing out every so often when you can with a little grind still get both sides done then there's no helping you.

If I get found first I'm basically screwed, because 1) people prioritize plants over saves 2) harvesting a plant and getting vials is an individual thing and 3) you don't have to use an offering to get the plants, you can just steal them from someone else.

This is you feeling entitled to something for free and again you have no issue getting nectar when someone else gets nailed 1st. If you can't get your 30 vials in 2 weeks that's your own fault, don't blame the event for that. You want something for free and you're not getting it for free.

Are you hearing yourself? I'm making the case that "if you use an offering you should get some nectar out of it" this works for everyone as long as you use an offering, no one would be getting "nailed" if caught first if using an offering guaranteed you some nectar. If you don't use an offering and rely on "stealing" the plant from someone else that did use an offering then yes, I do think that person should be getting "nailed" if caught first.

Exactly, there are 2 cankers that are fair game, I never said I was entitled to all of it, in fact I never said I was entitled to anything. I just think that if you use an offering you should get some nectar out of it and it's not always the case whether you use offering or not, which is kinda sad if you ask me.
