killer dc on the event and my nectar vial not count.

me and my friends playing against a nurse and I got full of nectar vial in few seconds, we did all gens and after open a door nurse got dc for no reason but I see on screen my vial stuck on a full bar but not counted for one full serum. after I play the second match and escaped and my vial finally count full serum.
it happens to you or just only me.

    Maybe there was a tiny bit missing? Also, you need to wait some seconds at the scoreboard to see that full vial counting

    yeah, I wait in after lobby for the count but not working and next match I don't see harvest bar for vial because it's already full on my screen.
