Why doesn't Charlotte get enraged when Victor gets kicked?

My biggest issue with Charlotte is that there isn't a risk/reward factor when kicking Victor. Take the Plague, for example. You can cleanse if you want, but you're just gonna make the Vommy-Mommy stronger at some point. Pick your poison.

Lets say you increase Victor's recovery time to 25 seconds, but if Victor is kicked, Charlotte goes into an enraged status effect for 15 seconds that increases her speed by 5 percent, and lets her stuns get reduced by 50%.

Just a thought

    They'd make getting Victor back take longer to compensate. Not worth a temporarily free Enduring imo, but I am a nub, so take it with a grain of salt...maybe if the effect was active the whole time he recharged?
