Map generation 101
Is there anyone who thinks this is ok? How can we expect this game to be anywhere near balanced, if things like this happen?

😂😂 Yup ######### happens unfortunately.
Be glad you didn't get my rng on coal tower post rework.
From the tower into a regular pallet loop between 2 tracks, into a jungle gym, into a V shaped pallet loop, into a mirrored V shaped pallet loop, into a TL which was by that time allready close to the killer shack.
Which ofcourse had on the other side towards the tower, the regular tl and jungle gym.
Was unfortunately playing hag vs a swf so I had no chance there.
I put a trap and someone immediately set it of or disposed of it with the flashlight.
Now I usually don't give up during a match, but with that rng it was completely impossible to even get something of.
This was btw this year before they reworked it

Yup, crotus prenn.
TBH I don't mind pallet generation too much, because you can always force survivors to drop them and the problem is gone. However windows stay for the entierity of the game and the only way to counter them is bamboozle/some killers.

I mean, I got 4K anyway, because they sucked at looping, but every single one of them ran for this loop and there's not much you can do about it.
inside killer shack -> shack window -> jungle gym window
how are you supposed to chase them? go all the way around? vault shack window and go around? vault both windows? all those options create huge gap between you and survivor.

I'm being sarcastic lol, setups like these are busted af and should never exist, this is bad map design because the devs don't factor in windows becoming x10 stronger when next to another window.

We laugh about it, but that's literally what some survivors think: Map generation is non-factor and if you lose as killer you're just bad.

There should definitely be more distance between those loops, had it happen to me a few times as killer (I believe it's Chapel?) and any competent survivor realises that they have a God loop and beeline it over to shack whenever I start chase. Tbh Chapel could probably do with a bit of a trade off, make the map slightly bigger but seriously change the tile spawn algorithm. As a rule of thumb, asylum is torture for killers if survivors get lucky with tile spawns
