Im sure not many people will notice this idea, but the only thing ds needs is to not activate when grabbing someone out of the locker. Many experienced survivors use DS as a shield, they act really cocky for the 60 seconds after they are unhooked, and if killer decides to chase them (f.e. Because said survivor ran straight to the killer to get he's attention), DS user can hop into the locker and killer either leaves this survivor (gaining nothing from this chase) or they eat the ds making this a lose/lose situation for the killer.

yeah and he still complains about ds, unbreakable and bt.
Usually the justification for tunneling and slugging is that they are valid tactics in a "competitive" game, yet i can't imagine any competitve game where a win rate over 70% would be considered normal (unless smurfing), and still here killer mains with a win rate above that will complain about surv perks been OP.

DS main purpose is to help deal with tunneling. This is a good thing, as we need counters to tunneling tools. however, at end game collapse, the players are now about to escape. DS is a major hinderance and often keeps a killer from managing even a single kill.

Hot Take:
Unless it specifically states it works during the Endgame Collapse, like NOED, Wake Up!, or Adrenlaine, then EVERY perk should disable at the Endgame Collapse.
Shut them all down.

Yep, another odd thing killers like to bring up is that the game should be balanced for the top elite, not casuals. Well, there is a representative of your top elite...seems survivors need buffs instead.
