Prestige III, 124 lvls, and not a single event medkit or flashlight.
What;s the RNG % for these? It's a halloween event, 150 lvls, and there is NO WAY that "RNG" can just do that.
I haven't seen a single one pop up, at all. It sucks.

Edit: i've had more purple flashlights and Ultra rare items appear

well they seem common to me, I have atleast 2 to 3 event items every blood web

I remember last Halloween, I was able to get nearly 1 event item every bloodweeb, sometimes even 2 or 3. But this Halloween, damn man, I have to finish 10 bloodwebs at least to get one event item (p3-50 btw), it's definitely not the same. I spend 1 million Bloodpoints into survivor, I got a total of 5 event medkits and 2 event flashlights. It's mental man

Same I have gotten 1 flashlight almost every bloodweb on Dwight (probably around 8 full lvl 50 bloodwebs (event offering farming)

Put points into a low level. My P3s are still giving me two to three pedals and an event medkit or flashlight per bloodweb, but if you use a low level you'll at least have to put less in to get to the next web. It's got me switching up characters and having a lot of fun with it.
My unprestiged Nea is level 5 or so and I've got 3 will-o-wisp flashlights already.0 -

You'll just have to deal with RNG then. You must have done an absurd amount of grinding to have no one left to level or prestige!
I'm surprised to see people saying the rarity type is impacting their gains, despite the new category. I see more of the event stuff than I have in any previous event.0 -

jk yeah it was, they came up on my p1 bloodwebs tho.. the lower the level the more you get them it feels
