The Purge Chapter (Fan Made Chapter Idea)

Okay, I was thinking about this Chapter idea for awhile and I want to bring it up here just to put more thought to it.

For a while, I was wonder how would a DBD Chapter idea would work using an interesting film series called 'The Purge', consider that it has a unique concept and some good films. it would fit with the theme of DBD

But how would it work? who would be the survivor and killer?

Here's my idea

Dead by Daylight: The Purge Chapter

1: The Killer

There are not a lot of iconic killers in The Purge, mainly because they die during those films and they don't last long. not to mention they use guns than blunt or bladed weapons, so there wouldn't be any good selections to choose from.

My answer would be, instead of choosing an existing killer in the films, how about we make an original killer who would exist in the Purge universe?

This would be similar to Ghost Face, where the killer character is original but has the iconic mask. the same can go with the Purge Killer, a original character who can represent the meaning, themes and idea of the Purge ideology.

I would either call this original character 'The Purge' or 'The American', but I would call him by the former.

At the top of my idea, I see this original killer being a drug supplier who made a new drug that make people have the urge to murder people, and due to the amount of success, he gains support and protection from the US Government, who allow him to produce and sell his drug nationwide during the Purge to increase the number of killings. the Entity would pick him up when he was about to be killed by the Anti-Purge rebellion and he would continue the work of the Purge in the realm.

His killer ability would be to use a limited yet refreshed number of needles that he can use to attack survivors, when a survivor is hit, they end up in the Purge state, where their speed increase and they hold a blunt weapon. in all the sudden, the survivor becomes the killer, where the survivor in the Purge state have a limited time to attack other survivors or they end up in the dying state.

This would be an interesting killer that can get people in the injured state and hard to face against since survivors would be forced to do the killer's work.

2: The Survivor

Out of all the characters in the Purge, there is only one character I think would be good to represent the series.

Dante Bishop.

Dante had been in all 3 first Purge films, first as a homeless man trying to survive and convinced a purge-approved family to risk their lives to defend him, second as a short camo as soldier in the Anti-Purge rebellion and third still part of the rebellion until he died saving someone. his death scene would be a good moment for the Entity to abduct him.

He would be a good choice since he is a homeless turned rebel that have hope to stop the purge but also to survive the terrors of the Purge when it happens, so he would fit in with the survivor role and why the Entity would pick him.

Because of this, I think he would fit with the DBD survivors and it would be another black survivor character in the game.

3: The Map

the map would be a new realm and a new themed area. being in the middle of a city. with tall buildings and all that, I see the map being a street with different buildings that players can go into. the place would also fit with the purge theme, with several bodies, some are regulars while others are masked killers, as well as fires and writing on walls about the Purge.

When the match begins on the map, it will start out by playing the Purge commencement siren sound, similar on how Silent Hill starts with its own siren sound.

there would also be televisions that will play out the commencement message as well as recordings of people killing people as it showed in the Purge films.

4: The Cosmetics

the Purge can bring out a huge amount of Cosmetics, mainly for killers.

the first being the masks that the Purge shown, I can see the Smiley Face, Cross, God and other masks for the Legion, the Kiss Me mask for the Trapper and Lady Liberty for the Plague.

I can also see cosmetics for survivors and killers that fit with the Purge theme, such as survivors wearing killer like outfits or clothes that shows they're against the Purge as well as creating interesting masks.

I also can see Legendary cosmetics for the Purge Chapter, I can see Leo Barnes (the main character in the second and third Purge films) for Dante Bishop and Big Daddy (one of the main killers in the second film) for a possible Legendary cosmetic for the Deathslinger, his name would be 'The Daddy' (I can see him carrying around a modern version of the Redeemer)

Once again theses are just ideas and I guess I'm not the only one who thought of a Purge Chapter, I just want to put it out there and wonder what you guys think of this.
