    Devotion has got nothing to do with matchmaking. It's represents your overall progression and not your skills (I wish the rank would).

    did you look at the matchmaking code? when did i even talk about skill? i suspect they did this to avoid matching >1K hour players from <10hour players.. or something similar .. i havent faced any noob players in a long time ever since the new levelup mechanic went live. so its reasonable to suspect they might have done something like that.. its called establishing correlation .

    That's probably a lot more to do with the new ranking system not letting you drop past 15 bar rank reset.
